House Rules & Instructions
Information
We welcome you and your family to South Florida, and to our beautiful luxury home. My name is Corey, rest assured I will be with you throughout your stay and check-in process. I'm available 24/7 and my goal and aim is to make your stay the best that it can be while away from your home. Here is your home away from home!
House Layout
This property is located in the beautiful Las Olas area. You will have a fob key that will give you access to all the amenities and all areas in the building. You will also get a garage key, that you will use to gain access to our secure parking garage area. The Pool is on PH2, and the gym and rec rooms are on the 8th floor. With your fob key, you will be able to access these areas with no problem.
Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes Our basic rule is to make sure that you are respectful to others, and noise is kept at a minimum. We ask that management is not bothered for any reason. I will serve as your liaison, and I will handle any issues that occur unless there is an emergency, and in that case, your first action is to call 911!
Kitchen
The kitchen has a nice big stainless steel refrigerator, an electric stove, and an expresso maker.
Appliances
The washer and dryer is located to the left of the kitchen inside the laundry door. Everything is in the vicinity of your fingertips.
Garbage
The trash shoot is located at the far end of the hall. Just follow the hallway, pass the corridor to the elevator, and you will see the trash shoot door. Just toss all trash down the shoot.
Parking
There isn't any parking on the first floor of the parking garage where the security booth is. This area is for future residents only. If you park there, security will tell you to relocate. There is limited parking on the street, and we simply advise you to go up the parking garage ramp and find parking.
Security
The fob will unlock the electric door, wave the fob over the black panel of the door lock, and you will see it turn green. When leaving, you will lock that door in the same manner, by waving the fob over the black panel of the door lock. You will know that the door is locked once you hear the door lock.
Streaming Services
All the TVs are smart TV's so feel at ease by simply logging into your favorite app to continue watching your favorite sport or show.
Favorite Local Restaurants
Most of the restaurants in the area deliver, but I will suggest that you keep track of your order and when your delivery person arrives to meet them downstairs. A nice restaurant that I suggest is Foxy Brown and The Pirate Republic Seafood & Grill which sits on the waterfront.
Other Points of Interest
There is The Wharf which is right downstairs across from the building. There is also the Las Olas strip which has all types of entertainment east and west of the building
